 navigating transportation changes or protection on subways.

These Dirty Street Cripples were pushing congressional legislation in Washington, D.C. to protect those who couldn't help themselves and to give people with disabilities better lives. This includes people who are warehoused in nursing homes, as well as thoughtful articulate people whose limitations keep them from going out in the world. Why is she smiling? I didn't ask her to have a serious face to create a more impactful photographic. I'm just the messenger. This is someone who enjoys life and being in this world.
